  • Payment requests for Cash Back savings require a minimum balance of $ 0
  • Cash Back payments subject to a 90 day pending period in case of order returns or cancellations.
  • Not all purchases from Cash Back stores qualify for Cash Back.
  • You must be logged into the Cash Back system for your purchase to be eligible for Cash Back.
  • One Cash Back account per person.
  • We reserve the right to reverse previously paid Cash Back savings if fraud is detected.
  • All customer rewards are subject to approval by Direct Textbook and can be reversed at our discretion for any reason.
  • We may close any account that has been inactive for 12 months.
  • Sign up reward will be available after $50 in qualifying purchases.
