If an item you ordered from TextbookRush does not meet your expectations due to an error on their part, simply fill out a return request and then return it by mail within 30 days of ordering it for a full refund of item cost. They understand that having the correct product is essential to success, so they try to help you get exactly what you need. If an order needs to be returned for any reason, contact TextbookRush's Customer Care Department within 30 days of the order date for a full refund of the item cost. Returns must be received in the condition they were sold or the refund amount will be adjusted. Check, PayPal, Store credit

Checks are mailed within 5-10 business days after shipment is processed. PayPal and Store Credit payments are issued 1 business day after shipment is processed.

TextbookRush will provide a printable prepaid shipping label that includes tracking.

Books will not be accepted in the following conditions: moldy; badly stained; liquid damage; copies with missing pages or obscured text; advance reading copies (ARCs); uncorrected proof copies; any one-time use or stand-alone items (i.e., workbooks that have more than six pages written on them, stand alone access codes that have already been used, etc.). Any CDs, access codes, or supplemental materials that came with the books should be returned with the buyback order for that book.
