Customers will receive a full refund or be allowed an exchange for printed books, access cards, DVDs, and CDs and products accessed online and purchased directly from MHHE if returned or postmarked within 21 days of purchase. Downloadable digital products are not eligible for return once downloaded. Digital products purchased by the customer with same day access, will be allowed a full refund or be allowed an exchange within 10 days of purchase. To obtain a refund, the customer is required to supply the order number and online access code information to Customer Service. All associated shipment and handling costs the responsibility of the customer.
