You're welcome to return your textbook for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Items must be received in the Textbooks.com warehouse within 30 days of the shipment date on your packing list. Items received after 30 days will be reimbursed at current buyback value. Book must be in the same condition in which they shipped it to you. They are not responsible for any damage incurred during transit. When preparing your package for shipment, you may choose to purchase insurance for your package from any UPS store or your post office. For new books, access codes and CDs/DVDs must be unused/unopened. They will credit you once your book arrives and is inspected (typically takes 2-4 business days).
